Spread Joy & Laughter, Not the Virus this Christmas
This month we celebrate Christmas in the new normal
way. I know we all want to go and visit our friends and family this Christmas
season, but remember that the pandemic is still ongoing. We can still spread
joy & laughter even if we are following safety protocols. By following
safety protocols, you can enjoy Christmas this year as majority of the people
now is fully vaccinated! But some people have lost their jobs because of the
pandemic and now they don’t have stable income for their family. But not to
worry, next Christmas will be a lot better because a lot of people will be
vaccinated and we can enjoy Christmas worry free.
Christmas is a season we all love as it is the time of giving joy & laughter amidst the pandemic. But even if it is the Christmas season, the virus is still present and can cause another spike in cases if we are not following safety protocols while enjoying Christmas. Some of my family members are excited as my tita’s and tito’s are coming home this Christmas so that we can celebrate it again just like we did in before the pandemic happened. Even if I am happy this Christmas, I am sad at the same time because of the people who lost their jobs. If they lost their jobs, they cannot celebrate Christmas livelier. But because of the hardworking health workers and also the government who are administering vaccine throughout the country, we can safely enjoy Christmas next year as majority of the people will be vaccinated.
In
summary, just enjoy Christmas by spreading joy & laughter to your friends
and family but also following safety protocols. Even if we are facing
challenges this Christmas season, don’t give up just yet and wait for next year
as it will be a better year! One last message to all of those reading this blog
post, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! :D

JC, Hello! I agree that we may still have a good time during Christmas by giving joy and laughter to our friends and family while still following the safety rules in the situation of a pandemic.
